Children and young people up to age 16 (if they still are under 16 at the beginning of the Eurocon) have free access (with an adult).

Memberships are now sold out for Eurocon 2016. Wow, that is successful! If you are a late arrival, please send us an e-mail to info(a) with the subject “Waiting List”, your name, your country and your desired badge name. We will put you in contact with the first person on the waiting list, and you can arrange the payment for transfer.

Of course, you don’t need us for that: it can also be done as a private arrangement if you happen to know somebody who wants to buy your alas no longer desired membership.

BUT. We strongly disapprove of the idea of reselling with a profit. If you want to transfer your membership to a lucky waiting person, you can only charge 35€. If we learn somebody is being naughty, we will instantly cancel his or her membership.

Sorry if this sounds harsh. Fandom is a family! Big Smiles.

Membership fee includes access to all the Eurocon activities (not the extra activities by third parties) and Eurocon publications.
No, but you can transfer the membership to someone else.  If you wish to transfer your membership to somebody—either for payment to yourself by this new person, or as a gift—the new person should email with their full name and nationality and email address, and state the membership number and full name and nationality of the previous owner of the membership so that we can update our membership list accurately.

As a member of Eurocon-BCon, you have the right to vote for the Spanish “Ignotus” Awards, which are given each year at Hispacon, the spanish national convention combined this year 2016 with the Eurocon. If you are interested to participate, please send and e-mail to the  AEFCFT (Asociación Española de Fantasía, Ciencia Ficción y Terror), the association that organize the “Ignotus” Awards, to this electronic adress: After that, the AEFCFT will take contact with you to demand all it is required  for your registration as a voters.

If you have mobility problems, or hearing or sight impairment, please email with the subject heading “Disability”. The convention hotel as well as the CCCB are already mobility compliant. If you have any special request, we will do our best to assist, and it’s much better that we know well in advance.
